The driver :
The first responsibility of the driver is to take care of safe transportation. He / she is not a tour guide, but has knowledge of destinations, attractions, route, location and accommodation. Most of drivers in our team speak English.
Tour Guide service:
Transport service is excluded guide service. However if you wish to take or use one, please Contact Us. average fee / charge of tour guide are; English speaking tour guide is around 200.000 - 250.000 IDR per day. Other language speaking tour guide start from IDR 300.000 per day.
The routes:
Guests / passenger are free to decide and choose the route for he trips, but for safety, effective and efficiency consideration, please consult with us any detail of the trip before arrival or departure. A recent updated and published map is needed. Inmost areas in Indonesia, there is no limit on the number of kilometer. when the weather or the road / street condition is bad or there is temporary event, local parade which cause traffic congestion, it is the driver and / or the guide has the right to make decision fro taking alternative routes or shortcuts.
Road / street in the countrysides or remote areas are usually narrow and and winding in several hilly areas. Overtaking is sometimes difficult to do and the average speed is not higher than 50 / 60 km per hour.
Generally speaking, most of the northern areas of Java island are flat. While the southern areas area hilly, so the traffic sometimes slower.
Driving time :
The maximum driving time is up to 9 - 10 hours per day, included half an hour morning and afternoon break and one hour lunch break. Normal driving time is from 06.00 am, 07.00 am or 08.00 am until 06.00 pm. It is recommended, you start the trip early in the morning if needed (especially trip includes specific attractions such as sunrise excursion, etc).

Booking :
Transport service booking can be made by sending us estimated trip plan (selected starting and finishing point, routes, attractions, destinations, number of participant, date, etc).
Payments:
- Deposit payment: Deposit payment is required once you have confirmed booking.
- Balance: Balance by cash in IDR or USD or EUR on the first day of arrival at the selected pick up location.
