Itinerary:
DAY 01. ARRIVAL SEMARANG - BOROBUDUR - YOGYAKARTA (L)
Morning or afternoon arrival at Semarang airport. Meet and greet and direct drive to Yogyakarta (approx 3 hours drive). On the way pay visit to Borobudur temple. The world’s largest Buddhist monument. Extra visit to Pawon and Mendut temple. Lunch served at local restaurant. Continue drive to Yogyakarta. Check in at hotel. Stay overnight. Optional: Evening dinner & watch Ramayana show.
DAY 02. PRAMBANAN – YOGYAKARTA CITY – DEPARTURE (BL)
Breakfast served at hotel. Start excursion by driving some 17 km east of Yogyakarta to Prambanan plain area, said as the biggest single concentration of ancient sites ever found in Indonesia. Visit to the Prambanan Hindu temples complex and Sewu Buddhist temples located just few hundred meters next to the main Prambanan shrines. Next sightseeing to around Yogyakarta town visiting Sultan palace, Tamansari, batik and silver process in Kotagede. Lunch local restaurant. Back to hotel, pack up and check out. Last transfer to airport in Yogyakarta or Semarang. End of service.
